Rats

A number of residents have informed us of a problem with rats.  We have instructed a pest control company who have laid bait traps and sealed a number of holes.  They are continuing to monitor the situation.  As of today the holes which were sealed have not been re-opened.  In the meantime can we please ask residents not to leave food out for the birds as this is likely to attract the rats.

Please also ensure the roller doors to the refuse bins in the blocks are fully closed afterwards. 

Jetty

The jetty works are scheduled to begin on October 7th.   The works are anticipated to last until the end of November.
