We have arranged with Sky to provide a communal solution. This has been heavily subsidised and detailed information will be sent direct to all the flat owners and residents.
The occupational lease for the flats does not permit satellite dishes to be attached to the outside of the properties. Understanding there is a need for satellite services we are looking at communal solutions. When the flats were first built cable was routed to each property, however there is no cable feed from outside the estate. This will require a central satellite dish to be mounted on the block roof, which should be invisible from locations within the estate. Once we have firm proposals and solutions from aerial companies we will distribute for comments.
Currently these proposals are only for the blocks of flats and not the houses.
