SHEET FOR MEMBERSHIP OF PCEL
1. All lease holders with a long lease are eligible to become members of PCEL. The membership
fee for all new members will be £500. Prospective members will firstly need to be approved by the Directors of PCEL and then secondly to be approved at the AGM following
purchase of the lease.
2. New members would not be eligible for disbursements until the year after the completion of the purchase of the commercial lease extension.
3. Membership
ceases on the sale of a flat.
