Upgrade to estate lighting
The current estate lighting is due to be upgraded in March 2016. The existing globes which have become badly stained and crazed will be replaced with new contemporary ones. These will be better at directing the light downwards to illuminate the pathways. New more energy efficient lighting units will be installed.
As you may be aware we have had difficulties in maintaining the existing lights in part due to the lack of isolators when the units where installed. The upgrade will resolve this issue. We appreciate some of the lights on the surrounding Ocean Village Estate are also not working. We have raised this with MDL.
