Napier Property Management are appointed
by Pacific Close Estates Ltd (PCEL) as their Agents and are authorised to
receive requests and communications from:
a Pacific
Close Residents Association (PCRA) on behalf of individuals or groups of
residents.
B Tenants.
C Landlords
D Leaseholders
It would be convenient if Leaseholders/Residents
would permit both PCEL and Napier’s to use their email address for future
