Use of the common areas within Pacific Close Southampton
Leaseholders/residents have a right to
use the common areas, including roads and parking spaces, of the Estate for private pleasure purposes only. This
specifically excludes any kind of
commercial, trade or business activity. Leaseholders/residents should ensure no
activity takes place in a parking space which might cause a nuisance to other
residents.
All
maintenance of the Estate and Estates common areas which includes all gardens,
borders and flower beds is under the control of Pacific Close Estates Ltd (PCEL).
Currently the PCRA ‘Greening Committee’ provide input for the communal areas
and gardens. Napier, as PCEL’s managing agent, provide instructions for the
contract gardener. Leaseholders and residents are not permitted to interfere
with any of the communal garden areas including the borders and flower beds. To maintain the cleanliness of the estate and
ensure the safety and care of the residents and the public no form of gardening
activity must be undertaken without the explicit written permission of PCEL.
Any permission granted will require a risk assessment and suitable insurance.
